How the information is sent
This website neither stores the form data nor sends it to any third party. On submission a message is prepared in your own email client addressed to the Society's official mailbox, and you send it.
Purpose and retention
The information is used only to review membership interest registrations and to contact the applicant.
Messages are held in the Society's official mailbox and are not retained beyond the period they are needed.
